Facility Use and Rental

The School Board supports the full use of one of the community’s greatest assets, the school district’s facilities, grounds, and equipment. The School Board welcomes and encourages responsible school district and community use of our district facilities, grounds and equipment by citizens of all ages, when such use does not interfer with or decrease use as needed for school district programs.

What is the process for a Facility Use Request?

Complete and submit the correct facility request form below.  Once your request form is received it will be reviewed for approval, which can take up to 7 days. A confirmation along with an estimate of costs will be e-mailed after the approval is given.
